lyrics

she's far away escaping me astray from my path I won't do the math
I don't want to see
how they sway in her wake her force so strong
it pulls them along its claimed a vortex in my soul
Oh I don't feel so whole I desire her change
Without I'm standing strange

When she'd lift me up
with ease I'd feel her breeze that was my chance to save
to capture her in phrase

but it's always lacking
that tingling sensation only she brings to me
I end up flailing, concealing the connections I seek

Yet when we greet I still feel I can fly
suddenly I'm incomplete I fear she's passed me by

she said she is illusion nothing more than empty air
that it was really him from afar that caused her motions to stir
that I should be aware not to expect her for long
just trapped in the atmosphere, locked in his complex: a ceaseless cycle hypnotizes

its the sum of my fears he's pulling her away
she's less willing to sway says I'll become detached
I'll fall prey to the wrath so fast on her path

she left before I'd catch on reaching out I'm chasing doubt
I cease to face conclusions Falling from her flow
the potential lies unknown perpetually I wait here
Scanning for a sign of our wills to realign
the future remains unclear
